Nistica's Conflict Minerals Policy
Nistica, Inc. fully supports the aims of the U.S. legislation directed toward eliminating the demand for
DRC sourced Conflict Minerals. To that end, we will not knowingly procure materials containing metals
originating from facilities in the DRC or DRC region that are not certified as "conflict free". We do not
directly source these raw materials for our manufacturing needs but use components in our products that
contain these refined metals. To ensure compliance we are asking our suppliers to undertake reasonable
due diligence with their supply chains to verify the sources of any incorporated conflict minerals. Nistica
expects all of its suppliers to comply with the Dodd-Frank Act and to validate procurement of conflict free
minerals through declaration.
Nistica is proceeding to survey our supply chain to document compliance and will work closely with any
suppliers that do not know the current state of minerals sourcing and if necessary, take appropriate actions
to transition components to be "conflict free". The supply chain will continue to be audited for compliance
to the Nistica Conflict Minerals Policy.
